Affordable Beach House in Costa Rica

Many places will say or advertise they are beach front, and then when you get there you find that it really means they are only within walking distance of the beach. This vacation retreat is RIGHT ON THE BEACH, just where you want to be!

This is a little rustic, Costa Rican/Caribbean style home, but with a difference. It has all the  amenities of home, including high speed wireless internet (DSL Wireless) for your laptop computer, Cable TV and local phone service.

Also included is a CD player, fans, and screened windows, hot showers and a washing machine for clothes. There is parking space for 2 cars. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The house is very safe and secure, and has an extra-secure lock-up area inside to keep valuables or other items that you might need to store. It is located on a quiet road just north of the town, close enough to walk to the stores, shops, and restaurants, but far enough that you don’t hear the nightlife when you’re ready to call it a night.

Casa Sol y Arena (House of Sun & Sand) is located on a beautiful sandy beach with no rocks or coral. It’s great for swimming, boogie boarding and kayaking, or just soaking up the sun on the virtually private beach in front of the house. Just a few hundred meters away are the famous black sand beaches of Puerto Viejo’s Playa Negra and beyond that are coral reefs that are full of fascinating and beautiful marine life. World-class surfing is less than a kilometer away at Salsa Brava.

This property is great for groups or families looking for an affordable vacation that includes privacy, security, serenity, great dining and nightlife, and of course, loads of nature activities and local culture. It is especially ideal for weekly or monthly rentals.
